1. Eligibility

Quality Issues: Damaged or defective items upon arrival.
Wrong Item: We shipped the incorrect product.
Missing Item: Marked as delivered but not received (must report within 30 days).

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Buyer's remorse or wrong model selected.
Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications.

3. How to Request

Email contact@vuestand.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include order number and photos (if damaged).
Our team reviews within 24-48 hours.
Note: As we use Amazon fulfillment, approved returns will be processed via Amazon's return system or with a prepaid label (if applicable).

4. Refund Method
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we (or Amazon) receive and inspect the returned item.
